Learn how to restore the natural curve in your neck with this simple but effective exercise.
Dr Pete demonstrates one of his favourite exercises, the 'long slow nod', to gently strengthen and restore your neck to its correct forward (lordotic) curve.
This exercise is ideal to help with 'text neck' , whiplash, chronic neck pain, poor posture, and for anyone who has a desk job or uses mobile devices.
The simple exercise takes just 1 minute to perform, feels great, and is easy to do with only a towel.
*As with all exercises, if you experience increased pain, dizziness or sensation into the arms whilst performing this exercise, they are all warning signs that you should discuss with your chiropractor/ physio/ osteopath/ medical consultant before continuing. *
