A 15-year-old accused in the Lookout Valley triple murder investigation appeared before a juvenile court judge today.
Jacob Allison's defense attorney argued for Judge Robert Philyaw to lower Allison's bond and place him on house arrest.
The defense says Allison was just along for the ride and not an active participant in the murders.
Prosecutors said in response that someone who drives is an accessory to a crime.
The judge didn't set a bond.
Allison will have a transfer hearing on July 10.
