Third man charged in cold-case murder of hip-hop icon Jam Master Jay in Queens. Approximately three years ago Tinard Washington and Karl Jordan jr was arrested for the death of Jam Master Jay. Now they just indicted another man. Folks there is no statue of limitations on murder I guarantee you the guilty parties that are responsible for his death wishes everyday that they have themselves a do over.
