KHACHAPURI!!! IN 10 MINUTES! ON KEFIR! They are eaten in an instant!
INGREDIENTS:
300 ml KEFIR
1 tsp SALT
1 tsp SUGAR
1 EGG
3 tbsp OLIVE OIL
450 gr. (or 500 gr.) FLOUR
10 gr. BAKING POWDER
Filling
350 - 400 gr. HARD CHEESE
1 EGG
PINCH OF SALT
INSTRUCTIONS:
Dough:
1. In a large bowl add kefir, salt, sugar, egg, olive oil, baking powder and flour and combine everything together until solid texture dough.
2. Prepare the filling: Shred the cheese. Add egg and salt to the cheese and stir. Make a 6 cheese balls.
3. Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll out each of them. Put in the middle cheese ball and close it. (like on the video) Then roll out again.
4. Preheat the pan. DO NOT Grease the pan. Bake the Khachapuri on a medium low heat until golden. Repeat with remaining dough. You should get 6 Khachapuri. Then grease with butter and enjoy.
