Magic Circle Thigh Workout, Creative Ways to Challenge to the Magic Circle
Not sure how to use the Magic Circle? Well here you go! A full lower body workout that gives you fun challenging moves that will surprise and sculpt your lower body!!! If you want to build a stronger, leaner lower body and have a couple of a magic circle laying around, this one is for you!! The best part is the circle is light so you can easily travel with it and do the workouts (if that’s your thing;) ) Welcome to PilatesStrong!!! The cues are excellent for helping you get in the right form and you will love how challenging this seemingly simple but sculpting workout can be!

My Workout Routine?
+ 2-3 days of lower body using ankle weights, bands and body weight exercises or the magic circle
+ 2-3 days of upper body (lots of planks, dolphin, various pushups and light weight movements)
+ 3-4 days of ab workouts, very intense and with good form
+ 1-2 days of light kickboxing or plyometrics (usually followed by one of my abs sets).
Day by Day Example
Day 1 upperbody and tons of abs
Day 2 lower body and tons of abs D
Day 3 bodyweight exercises with lower body emphasis and abs (push-ups included)
Day 4 kickboxing or plyo with emphasize on upper body exercises and abs etc.
Day 5 bodyweight exercises with upper body emphasis and abs (including pull-ups)
My workouts are now about 45-55min minutes a day on average 5 days a week. One day a week I will do an intense 1.5-2 hours workout but more because I am learning something new or teaching myself new routines to challenge myself. On the "off" days I love to stretch or do some yoga. The only thing I haven't posted that I do about once a week are pull-ups but everything else is exactly what I do on my channel to stay fit along with a reformer class here and there!
