- relax your body
- take ten to thirty deep full breaths; in and out, through the nose
- imagine you're underwater, suspended in the dense, salty liquid of the sea, silently watching as a turtle glides effortlessly by, through the water column
- let go, and just be with your breath, with your experience, with the ocean
