INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of Pinar Hamsi
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1tsp red pepper
Parsley
2 garlic cloves
Juice from 1 lemon
5 tsp sea salt
10 capers
RECIPE:
Clean the anchovies and place in a medium mixing bowl. Add vinegar, olive oil, chopped garlic, lemon juice, and mix well. Stir in spices and salt, and let the mixture sit for 30 minutes. The fish will be cured by salt and lemon juice. Plate and serve.
