Alright quick tip, if you’re skinny and you want abs, don’t go into a calorie deficit. You’ve probably heard that abs are made in the kitchen, however that applies to losing body fat to reveal them, and if you’re already at low body fat, losing weight isn’t gonna help. So instead, be in a small calorie surplus while training them 2-3x a week so that they can build up and develop, and then you can go into a calorie deficit to shred off the fat and reveal them.
