Fitting Howdens Professional V Click Laminate flooring and also Livyn Vinyl Quick Step flooring. This is a video showing me fitting new kitchen and lounge flooring on one of my rental properties. More of a VLOG as opposed to a how to video but I do share some of my thought processes and tools whilst doing the jobs.

Livyn Luxury Vinyl Quick-Step flooring is a great choice when flooring wet areas such as kitchens and bathrooms. Vinyl is waterproof and also carries a 20 year guarantee, so makes a great choice for kitchens and bathrooms.

Howdens Professional V click Laminate flooring is a good flooring for high traffic areas such as a lounge, bedroom of hallway. It is robust, looks good and is very easy to fit. It is always better to spend a little more on laminate because you really do get what you pay for. This is the type of laminate flooring that I always choose due to the quality and ease of installation.
