1/2oz (15ml) Lime
3/4oz (22ml) Maraschino Liqueur

Royal Bermuda Yacht Club
2oz (60ml) Rum
1/2oz (15ml) Falernum
1/4oz (7.5ml) Orange Curacao
1/2oz - 3/4oz (15ml - 22ml) Lime Juice
Lime wheel Garnish

Stirred Daiquiri
1oz (30ml) Low-Fi Sweet Vermouth
1oz (30ml) Plymouth Gin
1oz (30ml) Lime Cordial

Lime cordial is made by mixing lime juice 1:1 with sugar.

2oz (60ml) White Rum
3/4oz (22ml) Lime Juice
3/4oz (22ml) Banana Liqueur
1/2oz (15ml) Pineapple Juice
Grated Nutmeg
