Hash Brown Patty Recipe | How To Make Hash Brown At Home | Anu's Kitchen

We have come up with an another video of starters. Hash brown, we also had an engima of what this recipe really is untill we tasted it 😍.. You will be amazed after you taste this beautiful looking starter 😋. Do give it a try !! 😊

--INGREDIENTS –

1. Potato_5 to 6 small to medium

2. Onion_1 medium sized

3. Garlic cloves_ 6 to 7 crushed

4. Chilli flakes_ half tbsp

5. Black pepper_half tbsp

6. Red chilli powder_half tbsp

7. Processed cheese grated_3 tbsp

8. Rice flour_3tbsp

9.Butter_1.5tbsp

10. Cornflour_1tbsp

PROCEDURE-

Take ice cold water into a bowl grate potatoes into the bowl with the help of grater (big grated side). Now until the water becomes clear wash potatoes (let all the starch go). Now put the potatoes into a cloth squeeze until water rushes out. Take a pan add butter let the butter melt and add garlic and onion. Saute until the rawness of garlic and onion goes. Then add the potatoes and saute them on medium flame until they lose their moisture and become light goldanish , for 5 mins. Now take bowl and put the mixture in the bowl and let it cooldown for 10 mins. Now add salt,back pepper,chilli flakes, red chilli powder, cornflour, rice flour,and processed cheese into the bowl. Mix them properly. Give them rectangular shape . Shallow fry them into the pan . Serve them with ketchup or mayonnaise. And your hash Brown's are now ready to eat!!!
