In this video, I explore and compose a song using the 4th mode of the Double Harmonic scale, Hungarian Minor. It is also sometimes called the Double Harmonic Minor Scale. I discuss what makes it different from Aeolian (Natural Minor) and Harmonic Minor. The final version of the song uses some modal interchange to achieve the perfect mix of mood.
The drum was performed by the excellent Andrew White.
