Ingredients:
1 medium English cucumber (or Japanese, Persian Cucumber)
1 watermelon Radish
1 Red Daikon Radish
(can be substituted by radishes of choice)
2 sprigs of scallions
Sesame Seeds
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of Gochujang Korean Chili Sauce
2 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of sugar
