ABC soup is as easy as ABC to make. It's nourishing, uses very simple ingredients, and just so tasty!
Great for a cold day or when you feel like something healthy and comforting.
My Cantonese mother used to make this a lot when we were kids, but it's also popular with other Chinese dialect groups too. You can even find this in some hawker stalls that specialise in soups.
