Addressing the media after the hanging of the four 16 December gangrape convicts, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal said that we must take a pledge that another Nirbhaya incident does not happen again. He added that it took seven years for her get justice and this delay was result of the flaw in the judicial system. The four convicts Pawan Sharma, Akshay Kumar, Mukesh Singh and Vinay Sharma were hanged at 5:30am on 20 March.
