Who doesn't like that crispy pecan topping on Sweet Potato Casserole? It is so good and no Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinner would be the same without it.

Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients
1 Lg Can Bruce's Yams drained or 3-4 Lg Sweet Potatoes baked and peeled
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup butter melted 1/2 cup for sweet potato mixture 1/2 cup for topping.
1 1/2 cup Pecans
1 3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup flour
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
Sweet Potato Mixture
Add 3/4 cup milk in mixing bowl along with sweet potatoes or yams and mash with potato masher until desired consistency. Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup pecans, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup coconut. Mix all together and pour into large casserole dish.
Topping
In mixing bowl mix 1/4 cup flour, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup pecans, 1 cup coconut, and 1/2 cup melted butter. Mix until crumbly and spread evenly on top. Bake in oven 35-45 minutes until pecans and topping are a golden brown color. Serve warm or cold
