I show you guys how to get NCR Ranger Combat Armor, the armor featured on the cover of Fallout 3.

WARNING: If you are not a PC user and you are trying to completed the NCR questline, you will have problems getting Ranger Combat Armor as it cannot be obtained via reverse pickpocketing and cannot be bought.

The Rangers Veterans, the guys who wear the armor, won't deploy until pretty late in the game. The best way to check if they've arrived yet is to go talk to a few NCR grunt troopers. If any of them say the Ranger vets are on their way, complete a few more parts of whatever main quest you've chosen. If the troopers reference anything about the Ranger vets having arrived, that means they have spawned in at locations such as the Ranger Outposts.
