The mayor of Colchester County, Christine Blair, says she expects a heart-wrenching evening as the community prepares for a virtual vigil Friday for victims of the Nova Scotia shooting. The Municipality of Colchester is offering $5,000 to the families who lost loved ones in last weekend's shooting.
