In Power Query, we can combine two tables by merging queries. Most of the time, a Left Outer Join would do. In this way, we select a base table, say Table A. Then we merge it with Table B (lookup table) to get all matching records. In this way, we may miss out those record only appears on Table B.
The Full Outer Join may help if we want to merge two tables with all records in the two tables. Nevertheless, Full Outer Join does not give a good output. I was struggling to have the result from Full Outer Join the way I want... but that's quite tedious.
In this video, I am going to show you an alternative (better) to fully combine two tables.
