This 50 min workout is a real challenge and it is dedicated for advanced students who love the challenge.
It consists of 5 rounds. Two exercises are alternated for anywhere from 30 sec- 2 minutes.
There is very little of recovery time, but please feel free to rest up more often between each set/ round if needed.
For additional challenge I recommend using Resistance Ankle Weights, as well Swim Paddles or Aqua Gloves.
