Short teaser video of some participants jumping with our JumpMod prototype at the ACM SIGGRAPH 2023 conference. JumpMod is an untethered backpack that modifies one's sense of jumping. It achieves this by moving a weight up/down along the user's back, which modifies perceived jump momentum—creating accelerated and decelerated jump sensations (for example in VR!).
