Gulkand Milkshake - It tastes delicious and is super refreshing! I bet you will make this again and again 😍
We all know the benefits of Gulkand (rose petals preserve), and therefore I thought to bring you a quick beverage that you can drink on a hot summer day. You can also have it, when you don’t feel like eating anything heavy, especially in summers.
Ingredients -
4-5 ice cubes
1/2 glass milk
1/4 glass chilled water
1-1/2 teaspoon gulkand
1-1/2 tsp rose syrup
1 tsp Sabja/basil seeds
Pistachio, slivered (as required)
Almonds, slivered (as required)
Dried rose petals, as required
Instructions -
Soak sabja seeds in little water for 15 minutes.
Add ice cubes, milk, chilled water, gulkand and rose syrup in a blender and blend until everything comes together.
Add sabja seeds in the glass, top it with a little more rose syrup and finally add the milkshake.
Top with slivered almonds, slivered pistachios and dried rose petals and serve.
