Split Stance Kneeling Adductor Mobilisation
1. Come onto hands and knees extend right leg out and left knee is under pelvis.
2. Right foot is anchored down on the floor with the knee straight (no caving in towards the ground)
3. Shift the hips backwards and forwards in a controlled dynamic motion (for approx 1 minute).
4. Now keeping right leg long lift and shift it backwards so the it crosses your midline towards the left of your body and look over your left shoulder hold this position, (for approx 1 minute).
5. Repeat opposite side.
