500 grams of bread flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon yeast
80 grams of sunflower seeds
360 ml water
I recommend to prepare the dough in the evening, so in the morning the dough is ready to bake.
I use Aluminium non-stick baking casserole pan.
