I didn't really enjoy my first playthrough because of the mechanics and the amount of red in the game that made me feel slightly uncomfortable (note: this game contains a fair amount of flashing.)

On subsequent playthrough, I totally enjoyed it so much better and loved the storytelling, characters and gameplay. And there's so much lore! Control Ultimate Edition is one of my best-rated role-playing/action-adventure games out there.

This is not a completionist run; just one enjoying the game and story from start to finish. :)
