The $2.08 billion Pakistan Port Qasim Power Project of 1320 MW near Port Qasim under CPEC is a joint venture between Qatar and China. Pakistan's Nepra and Sino-Hydro have agreed to set a tariff of 8.12 US cents/kWh for power purchased from the consortium.
