Jaggery Lapsi / Sweet jaggery dalia /cracked wheat halwa/ wheat sheera / Rajasthani lapsi / Pressure cooker lapsi / fada lapsi / broken wheat dessert. 


Ingredients :-

*1 large spoon ghee/1/2 small cup 

*1 cup grated jaggery 

*1 cup lapsi/wheat dalia

*4 cardomom 

*finely chopped pistachio 

*finely chopped almonds

Method. 
1.Heat the pressure cooker and add 1 large spoon or small half cup of desi ghee.
2.Once the ghee is melted add 4 cardomom, break them from between to get its fragrance throughout.
3.Add 1 cup cracked wheet dalia or wheat lapsi and stir it for 10 minutes  till it becomes golden brown in colour. 
4.Meanwhile boil 1 cup water and add 1 cup grated jaggery on medium flame till it melts, stir it for easy melting.
5.Add 2 cups of hot water, stir once and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
6.Open the pressure cooker when it cools down and drain the jaggery water in the pressure cooker on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.
7.Stir it every minute to avoid lumps.
8.Add finely chopped almonds n pistachio, you can also add cashews and raisin if you like it.
9.Ready to serve hot.
