While many Capetonians battle to sweep water, mud and dirt out of their homes after the damaging icy cold weather, some residents however, have embraced the down fall of rain, and snow in parts of the province. A video of a man dressed in Spiderman clothing can be seen doing cartwheel flips, then running over to where a women are seen by a washing line, when suddenly the man appears to scoop out the water from outside the residents homes in Khayelitsha. #News24Video #News24
