The ingredients to make healthy and fresh whole wheat bread at home are mentioned below:
• Water - 300 milliliters
• Salt - 1 tablespoon
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon
• Fresh yeast - 15 grams
• Oil - 2 tablespoons
• Milk - 2 tablespoons
• Whole wheat flour - 400 grams
GETTING THE APPLIANCE READY
1. Take the KENT Atta maker and Bread Maker, turn the bread pan by using the handle and pull it out by turning the pan anticlockwise
2. Clean it with water and then dry it with soft clothes
3. Fix the pan in the appliances properly
HOMEMADE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD RECIPE:
1. Add 300 milliliters water, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 15 grams fresh yeast, 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons milk, 400 grams whole wheat flour and place it in the KENT Atta Maker and Bread Maker.
2. Plug in the appliance.
3. Now, select the WHOLE WHEAT BREAD button from the 19 pre-set program menu
4. Press the WEIGHT BUTTON to set the desired weight according to your preferences (500g, 750, or 1000g)
5. Press the COLOUR BUTTON to medium crust. (You can choose between light, medium and dark crust)
6. Then, press the START/STOP button to start the program. As soon as the appliance gets started you will hear a single beep, which means the appliance has started its process
7. KENT Atta Maker and Bread Maker will automatically knead the dough and then bake it.
8. Once the process is complete, you will hear 10 beeps. After the completion of process, the appliance will automatically go in KEEP WARM mode. To cancel it and bring in default program, just press START/STOP button for 3 seconds
9. Unplug the appliance and open the lid.
10. Remove the bread pan by turning it anticlockwise
11. To extract the bread, just turn the bread pan upside down and shake it gently
12. Cut it into slices and serve with jam or butter.
