Saint Charbel Makhlouf, was a Maronite monk and priest from Lebanon. During his life, he obtained a wide reputation for holiness, and for his ability to unite Christians and Muslims. He is venerated as a saint by the Catholic Church.
Considered by many to be a powerful intercessor because of the many miraculous cures attributed to his intercession.
