Hey Everyone, welcome to my channel. Today I am going to share with you three very easy recipes using Moringa leaves. Moringa leaves are highly beneficial and has many health benefits. They are rich in beta-caroten, protein, vitamin C, calcium, potassium. Moringa leaves help control blood glucose level, maintain blood pressure, lower cholesterol level, improve eyesight, rich in antioxidants, good for skin, anti inflammatory. Though it has innumerable benefits, it is suggested not to have Moringa leaves during pregnancy. Also, it is better to avoid Moringa in case you have low blood pressure as Moringa tends to lower blood pressure.

The three recipes I am going to share are:
Nutritious Moringa Parantha
Spicy Moringa Chutney
Moringa Tea
Ingredients:
Nutritious Moringa Parantha:
2 cups whole wheat flour/ aata
1)2 cup Moringa leaves
Fistful coriander leaves
2 green chillies
1 medium sized onion
Salt as per taste
1 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
2 tablespoons besan/ gram flour
1 tablespoon oil + more to fry the parathas
Water as required to make a stiff dough.
Try to knead a stiff dough by gradually adding water. Onion, coriander,Moringa in the dough will release moisture In presence of salt and make the dough too soft otherwise.
Rest the dough for 15-30 minutes
Gram flour in the dough gives of a very nice aroma.
Spicy Moringa Chutney:
1 medium sized onion roughly chopped
1 medium sized tomato roughly chopped
6-7 red chillies ( if you want the chutney to be less spicy then add less no of red chillies)
3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
½ cup Moringa leaves
Salt as per taste
1 tablespoon oil
Let the mixture cool down before grinding it to smooth paste. It’s advisable not to use the blender when the Moringa, onion, tomato mixture is hot in order to avoid any accidental spillage and burn.
Moringa Tea:
Few Moringa leaves
1 slice of lemon
Hot boiling water
No need to boil the leaves in boiling water. Just pour boilling hot water and let the leaves seep in the hot water for 2-3 minutes.
You may even use dry Moringa leaves. Dried leaves when steeped will give golden colour, while fresh leaves will give clear tea.
