I know I'm late, this song was released months ago, but not doing it is even worse than being late, right? Besides, this is my first time making an orchestra cover of a song! I didn't expect it could be this fun.
Thanks Porter Robinson for creating such amazing tracks, I encourage you to give his music a listen, if you have not.
A week ago, I listened to @seycara 's Ghilbi orchestra edition of Get Your Wish, it was an amazing piece of work, but I felt a bit too overwhelmed by the arrangement. I totally get why, he's aiming for it to sound really grand, and Ghilbiesque, but I much prefer a calmer arrangement, so I made my own version. But if you haven't listened to his version, I am begging you to listen it, because it really is amazing—It's something you do not want to miss. Thank you Seycara for making me to make my own orchestration, and working at the frontlines, I really do appreciate it.
This arrangement too me around 10 hours to make, which is not too bad considering I should focus on my studies. I would also like to thank Spitfire Audio for the orchestra library(BBC Symphony Orchestra Discover) that I have used in this track.
Until next time, stay safe and thank you for listening :)
