This is a nice traditional RWS system tarot deck, that excels in beautifully drawn human faces, and intricate details very characteristic of Art Nouveau Artwork style. The golden details provide a nice background mirror effect, which can assist in divination as a type of scrying method.

The Golden Art Nouveau Tarot can engage any audiences, all ages, all walks of life. It can work for beginners, advanced, and of course collectors. Ver elegant cards in my opinion!

I have the Golden Universal Tarot Cards too, but favor this Golden Art Nouveau Tarot Deck much more, as each character is drawn to perfection, the details of the flowers, the expressions on each character, the movement they have, the depth of each background scene that draws you in, and the golden laminate is much better done here than on the Golden Universal.

These cards are not bland or lacking in emotion or movement or symbolism, as some other Art Noveau Tarot cards can be. It is a great work of art. Alphonse Mucha would be proud 😊

The card stock could have been better, it is medium to less than medium cardboard card quality, but probably it would have increased the price of the deck because of the gold laminate, if they made it with a thicker card stock. That shouldn’t stop anyone from buying them because they are one of a kind, and so beautifully made.

I would not riffle shuffle these if you want them to last.
