I am going to show you my grilling technique and how to make jerk chicken. I make my marinade sauce without pepper in it. I use a gas grill for this Jerk Chicken. I will show you how to apply all different types of ingredients to bring out the mouth watering so you can make the best tasting Jamaican Jerk Chicken from scratch. Right in the comfort of your own home from my kitchen to yours and it is just a screen away.
