Bellatrix: Well, I was just wondering why we don't just use the Cruciatus curse on her, and then kill her? After all, who wants a filthy little mudblood as a Death Eater? What would people say, My Lord, think about that.
Voldemort: No, bellatrix, we've talked about this! And if we kill her now, then we wont find out anything new if we need to!
Bellatrix: (sighs) Yes, My Lord (steps back)
Voldemort: (turns to Hermione) Well, what is your decision? (shakes Draco and tightens his grip)

Lucius: Draco, be quite, unless you want to die!
Draco: Pft, don't pretend you CARE!

Voldemort: Arwh, isn't that touching! Now, BACK TO BUISNESS! Miss Granger?
Hermione: (looks at him, and then to Draco)
Draco: (shakes his head and mouths) Hermione, no...

Voldemort: Will you become a Death Eater?
Hermione: (lowers her head, and starts to cry silently) And you'll let Draco live?
Voldemort: Of course
Draco: NO!
Lucius: DRACO!
Hermione: Wh-(sniffles) what will I have to do?
Voldemort: Well, I can't tell you that until you agree.
Hermione: (whispers) OK...
Voldemort: What, I can't hear you, speak up girl!
Hermione: FINE!
Draco: Hermione, what have you done...
Voldemort: Excellent! (throws Draco over to her) Now, I want you to tell me everything Potter is planning and everything they have, and don't think you can keep anything from me! Bellatrix, your idea to use the Cruciatus curse was a good one, come, Miss Granger!
Hermione: No! I never would have agreed if I'd have known that! You tricked me!
Voldemort: So you would have let Draco die?
Hermione: (breaths in) No, but I, well (sighs) No.
Voldemort: I didn't think so. (takes Hermiones hand and marks the 'Death Eater' mark on her arm)
Hermione: (screaming in pain) No please don't!
Voldemort: (lets go of her arm) There, now, come with me
Draco: No! Shes not going anywhere! (takes Hermions hand and apperates out of there to the outskirts of Hogwarts)
Voldemort: AAAAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH! WORMTALE! IT WAS YOUR JOB TO SECURE THIS PLACE SO NOONE COULD APPERATE OUT OF HERE!
Wormtale: (pokes his head round the door) But Master, I did, I'm sure I did...
Voldemort: Well then how did they get out of here?! (looks over to Bellatrix) Was it you?
Bellatrix: Don't be silly, My Lord!
Voldemort: (looks at Lucius) Lucius? Was it you?
Lucius: N-no, of cou-course not My L-Lord
Voldemort: YOU LIAR! AVADA KEDAVRA!
(Lucius drops dead)
Narcissa: (clasps her hand over her mouth and takes a step forward. Bellatrix snaps her fingers as if to say stop. She stops and whispers) No...
Voldemort: Does anyone else have anything to confess?!
Bellatrix & Narcissa & Wormtale: (shake their heads) No, My Lord
Voldemort: Good! Bellatrix, track them down, find me when you do, and not until you have! (apperates)
Bellatrix: (looks at Narcissa) Hey, I know your upset, but lets find them first and then we can grieve. (puts her hand out)
Narcissa: (hesitates)
Bellatrix: Narcissa, please...
Narcissa: (takes her hand and they apperates)
With Draco and Hermione...
Hermione: Draco! What did you do that for?! They're going to be looking everywhere for us!
Draco: I know, I know! I panicked OK!
Hermione: Th-they'll find us eventually! Draco, if we turn ourself in now, maybe it'll be OK...
Draco: Hermione, no! They were going to use the Cruciatus curse on you! Do you have any idea how painful and horrible it is?!
Hermione: Well do you have any idea what they'll do to us when they eventually find us! Becuase it wont be pretty!
Draco: Do you really want to tell them all about Potter?
Hermione: Of course I don't, but it's the only way
Draco: I can't believe you're saying this Hermione...
Hermione: Well, wh-wh-what do you mean b-bye that?!
Draco: I thought you'd be all up for telling Potter and his gang, and getting them to help us, but you want to turn yourself in?! ARE YOU CRAZY?!
Hermione: Draco, i'm looking out for you, and only you!
Draco: And what anout your friends, Hermione?!
Bellatrix & Narcissa: (land near Hermione and Draco)
Draco: Hermione, run! RUN HERMIONE!
Narcissa: Draco, Draco your father...
Hermione: No, Draco, don't run, they'll catch us eventually, we'll figure out something, some way to escape them, I promise, but for now, lets, lets just go!
Narcissa: DRACO!
Draco: What mother?!
Narcissa: Your father Draco... hes... he-hes dead, Draco...
Draco: Wh-what?
