How to make Karandi Omelette in Tamil | Fluffy karandi Omelette Recipe | Simple and Soft Omelette | Egg omelette Recipe
Ingredients:

Egg - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Green chilly - 2
Onion - 1/2
Salt as required
Coriander leaves
Oil - 4 tsp
Method of Preparation:

1. Crack the eggs in a bowl, then beat well using whisker to get fluffy omelette.
2. Add Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Salt and pepper powder. Then mix well.
3. Add onion, Green chilly and coriander leaves. Mix well.
4. Heat a Tadka pan, add 3 tsp oil.
5. Once oil heats, pour the egg and cook in low flame.
6. Flip it using spoons and cook in low flame until it cooks.
7. Once other side cooks, transfer to the serving plate.
8. Fluffy omelette is ready.
