All over Long Beach there is a record level of development and construction taking place. From new high-rise projects to affordable housing and a re-imagined waterfront, Mayor Robert Garcia showcased 75 projects across the City, valued at $3.5 billion, which are underway or in the pipeline, at a recent Building a Better Long Beach forum, which was presented in partnership with the Long Beach Press Telegram.
