A 40 y-o patient with bilateral otosclerosis and a secondary conductive hearing loss. Exclusive endocanal endoscopic procedure. Stapedotomy performed with a 980nm diode laser and the 0.5 mm Fisch's manual perforator. A 4.5 x 0.4 mm titanium stapes prosthesis was placed. Patient was discharged 4 hours after surgery without any complications.
