Another 1TB #Seagate HDD out of an #externaldrive with severe disk scratches. Again, the data are unrecoverable. Why? Because once failed, the drive was unnecessarily powered on so many more times in a failed state causing the reading arm to scratch the surface of the disk. Had it not been powered on, chances of #datarecovery would have been feasible.
