Arkansas State cornerback Samy Johnson appeared to suffer a serious injury against Coastal Carolina when he collided with his own teammate while attempting to make a tackle early in the second half. He went down right after the play and quickly became motionless. A large group of athletic trainers came over and soon an ambulance was called. He was stretchered off the field and taken away in an ambulance. The severity of his injury is unknown at this time.
