Amanda started working in 2012 as a pro-bono intern at non-profit foundation AllBright, which aims to increase the number of women holding senior positions in Swedish businesses. Now She is the CEO. AllBright’s ‘Black List’ names and shames companies who do not have a single woman in their management team, sending the message direct to new graduates: “don’t work for this company”.
