Out in the woods of NH not near any place specific and just walking around with my Fisher metal detector I found some stuff. Old buttons from the early 1800s are littered upon the land it seems no matter where you go, It is New England after all with a lot of history. I made my way over to the old homesite that goes back into the 1700s and did some detecting around the barn. As well there I dug up old buttons, horse shoes and a bale seal. I spent a good part of the day just exploring this old deserted farm which was abandoned well over 100 years ago.
