This is the last recipe of the season - a traditional homemade remedy from my family that has been used for decades to help resolve symptoms of the common cold, including runny nose, nose bleeds, frontal or feverish headaches, burning eyes, and sinusitis-like-symptoms.
Using 3 simple ingredients, combined to create KHUS-KHUS (sounds like cous cous)
Take 3 times a day, mixed with cold milk (as a smoothie).
The energetic properties of this remedy are colling in nature. Therefore great for any inflammatory conditions.
Almonds are a rich source of magnesium.
The healing properties of poppy seeds have been used for centuries, excellent source of minerals and have been used to promote digestion, boost skin and hair health, and treat headaches, coughs, and asthma.
Ingredients
Ground Almonds
Poppy Seeds
Maple Syrup/Sugar (substitute for sugar candy)
