Gotham Knight's reveal trailer did confirm that the Court of Owls will indeed figure into the story, and though it's clear that several other Gotham rogues are going to have a part to play as well – we've already seen Mr. Freeze, for instance – the Court may very well be the main threat that the Batfamily will have to deal with.
