We tested Spartant WRIST HR during interval training and compared with CHEST HR.

In this video we used Suunto Spartan Sport WRIST HR, Polar V800 CHEST HR and Suunto Spartan Ultra CHEST HR.

In video you can see ~5 sec. WRIST HR delay, which is normal.

During the smooth intensity training HR data difference was +-2 beats compared with CHEST HR.

All in all this is the most accurate WRIST HR in the market today.
