In this video, I guide you through a killer shadowboxing workout! The entire workout is 10 minutes, 20 rounds total, 30 seconds each round with NO BREAKS. It starts easy and slow but progressively gets harder.
This is a great workout to do at home or if you don't have access to a gym. You can increase the intensity by adding some weights (under 5 pounds) or by simply punching harder and faster!
This will get your heart racing and shoulders burning if done properly. If you have extra time do this TWICE making it a 40 round workout and 20 minutes in length.
