Do This Morning Routine Every Morning To Attract ANYTHING What You Want | The Law of Attraction

So what do I do right when I wake up out of bed? First thing I do look in the mirror and say, damn you, oh, one sexy. I'm just joking. First thing that I do when I wake up is I come out and get a bunch of water, get a bunch of water in me, and then I sit down and I gratitude. So what does that mean? I sit down and I write out 10 things that I'm grateful for it
come out, check the beautiful air out, and I sit down and I write 10 things that I'm grateful for. After that I do hypnotic writing. And what I mean by that is I sit down and I take only the present tense statements and I write about the things that I want to manifest that have not happened yet in my life. And I call it hypnotic riding because I try to write for about 20 minutes like that, 10 minutes like that. And I've put on my success hypnosis. And what I do is I listened to that and allow that to play in one level of my senses while I write and see you the other, what I'm writing. And then I read that back to myself out loud. What am I doing? I'm priming myself. Every time you have a thought, what's happening is in case at waterfalls loud, I'll walk over here.
Every time you have a thought, what's happening is you're creating chemicals in your brain, in neuroscience is called Hebbs law. And that says that brain cells that fire together wire together. So every time you have a thought, you literally start to wire a brain cells together. So what I do is I use all my senses to start to fire new nerve cells to why you're my brain based off of reality that has not happened yet. Kind of sounds crazy, right? And so you can do the same thing every single morning. So let me share with you three steps you can use every single morning to rewire your brain and create miracles in your life.
So number one, when you wake up in the morning, put your feet onto the ground and say thank you God, or thank you universe or whatever word you want to use. You can't get wet by the word water says, Alan Watts is not the word. Be Creative Force of the universe and you say, thank you that I'm alive today. Thank you that you've given me this beautiful opportunity to be alive again today. I'm so excited to have an absolutely beautiful day. And then number two, walk right over after you get your water. Wake yourself up if you need to shower or whatever you do, and write out 10 things that you're grateful for. Now these can be things you're grateful for in your life right now or things that have not happened yet, but you're creating them by manifesting them in your life. So it's just literally would look like this.
I am so grateful now that I'm so grateful that I have my heart beating beautifully, that I'm vital and healthy, that I get to go to the gym today, that I have some exciting work that I get to do. I'm so excited and grateful that I had the money to eat yesterday and had a beautiful place to stay. I'm so grateful that I'm about to data data, data, data, right. If not, you could just let it play on your phone and your computer. And then what you're going to do is start with the sentence, I'm grateful now. I'm grateful now and you're literally going to write that sentence and then you're going to free write in the present tense for the things that you want to manifest as if they've already happened.
When I was a junior in high school, my English teacher would do this 15 minute writing exercise where we weren't allowed to take our tip of our pencil or pen off the paper and we just had to write about whatever. And I would always just make up stories. And then after four or five pages, I look back and say, what the heck that I just write? Because I was accessing my subconscious. Well, the same happens when you play my hypnosis, so you're you. You start to relax yourself and then you just let yourself right get into the future and imagine the future, every detail of your health, your dream house, your dream car, your dream job, what is your perfect day look like, and that's a great prompt if you want to use that as a writing prompt, your perfect day. What is your bank account look like?
