1 liter milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup almond meal (100g)
2 heaped tbsp cornflour / aka cornstarch (60g)
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 ml milk to melt the cornflour
2 tbsp desiccated coconut optional
