Jogging is simply bad for your health if it is done too much, which many runners do. So Stop Jogging so much! Sprinting is better for your heart health and I'll show you why jogging is bad for you in the long run with extreme distances like marathons. Stop jogging today and save your body a ton of pain in the long run. Sprinting is much better for your body and a more efficient form of cardiovascular exercise.
Remember that running is not sprinting. As you can see in the video a run is faster than a jog, but nowhere near the effort that's put into a sprint. A sprint should be absolutely everything you have in you for 40 or 50 yards at a time. You can probably keep this up for about 200 yards MAX.
