I love neurographic art and I love it so much so that I have developed my own way of doing it. For me, the whole point of this process is to connect mindfully to my creativity and to use the process as a means for relaxation and stress relief. Because I do it my own way, I release the obligation to follow rules and I don't get stuck with the idea of having to achieve any specific results. I can just paint and be. Love it!
